Your financial data is protected at every level. Here is how Empower Elite keeps your accounts safe.
Secure Access
Every sign-in is validated against a securely hashed credential store. Sessions are issued as short-lived signed tokens stored in httpOnly cookies — inaccessible to browser scripts and protected against cross-site request forgery.
Data Protection
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Sensitive fields such as passwords and PINs are hashed with industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in recoverable form. No sensitive values are ever sent to client code.
Identity Verification
New account applications go through an identity review process before access is granted. Documents and verification status are reviewed by the Empower Elite team before any account becomes active.
Account Controls
You can lock and unlock your debit card, view your full transaction history, manage joint account access, and review all recent activity — giving you full visibility into your account at all times.
Activity Alerts
Empower Elite sends notifications for key account events including transactions, sign-in activity, card changes, and account status updates. You can configure your notification preferences in account settings.
Your Responsibility
Keep your credentials private. Do not share your username, password, or PIN with anyone. Empower Elite will never contact you to request this information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
